Smiling softly, humming light,
Niki drifted into sleep that night…
The moon and its glow slipped far away
We too became stars till break of day,
In silence deep we search our soul
Yet when apart we’re still each-others goal,
Life feels hollow when you’re not near
your voice flows inside me ….calm & clear,
When you leave my heart feels still
When you return it blooms at will,
With you life’s path feels warm & bright
Without you memories weigh the night,
Your love brings peace a gentle song
Your memories hold me …tender, strong,
I have so much my heart wants to say
But words fall short & fade away,
With you
My heart finds calm a quiet comfort…soon
The rhythm of life beats with your tune,
Music of your memories touched my soul
With you my world feels full and whole…
Life’s rhythm moves to only one tune
Every beat echoes you …my moon,
Its the gift of my innoscent prayer
& the once-lost moon smiles …
