Sometimes
Sometimes, a single evening gently awakens the emotions hidden deep within the heart.
A golden sky, a slight cool breeze, and a memory that has made its home in the heart …when these all come together, the mind unconsciously drifts to some corner of the past…
A bond that was never expressed in words but was deeply connected heart to heart. A place where there is no exchange of expectations, only innocence—pure, transparent, and sacred emotions.
Never a memory of hurting each other, only constant care… a feeling of surrender… a sense that, even when recalling, no expectation was ever voiced… yet every moment carries the awareness of each other’s silent heart.
These silent emotions, like nature blooming in the monsoon, infuse a relationship with fragrance, and in that, friendship blossoms. This bond is different… its existence goes beyond words. The feelings for each other are understood without being spoken.
The secret of this relationship—being understood without words—takes one to a uniquely emotional world.
Talking for hours, listening to each other with attention, finding time to meet occasionally—but not every day, rather losing oneself in each other every moment, every breath… this becomes part of daily life, like a routine or an integral part of existence. Yet what truly needs to be said may never be spoken… and even if spoken, how can it remain unheard? If expressed, how can it go unnoticed?… Perhaps this is the real tragedy for both.
Resolving quarrels and the sulking that follows, then letting the flow of buried emotions return with a call, like moonlight’s glow—this becomes routine. The heart never really suffers; that is the true beauty of the relationship. Care exists, but it is not spoken. It is expressed through the eyes, through simple gestures, or merely by being present with each other.
In such relationships, surrender exists—not through the words “I will do anything for you,” but through the experience: “My existence stands peacefully with you, and every moment, I am with you.”
This friendship goes beyond words, yet calling it just “friendship” would be unjust—it is something beyond that, perhaps a deeper bond…
“Never spoken, never bound, yet unknowingly tied—a bond unaware of itself.”
Where memories of innocence and joy, which even nature delights in, spontaneously gather. In those moments, nothing is asked for, only felt. These memories linger in the heart like butterflies—gentle, fragrant, and preserving their existence forever.
These memories are enough for a golden evening on a deserted beach, on someone’s fortress, atop the highest peak, or in some quiet corner of the mind… to simply sit in silence. In those moments, we ask for nothing, yet it feels as though we have received everything—an illusion of what cannot be obtained. And from that illusion, there is an awareness that perhaps that is all we ever needed, and perhaps in that uncertainty, fleeting moments are felt as if, while writing a song of the present, the paper carrying the golden future fluttered away before it could be captured.
Perhaps this is the mysterious thread of unspoken relationships that keeps drThe first rayawing us back… even if just for a moment, it feels in the heart that the bond is not over, that somewhere, it still lives… in some corner of the mind… beyond the reach of words.
Even in their absence, the presence of that person is felt in moments of joy or sorrow, and one realizes—that relationship still exists somewhere in this universe.
“ Sometimes, somewhere, let’s go…
meet again… with those memories…
at the edge of those same memories… let’s walk far away…”
