On one side, suddenly, Nil’s card went dead
The card that held Niki’s number instead….
On the other side, confusion grew
Niki believed Nil changed it
…feeling through and through..

Two stars, in cities unknown
about 800 miles apart… alone,
Hands slipped apart on a stranger’s way
Lost on a road they didn’t choose to stay……
